New release from “Melodram Recordings”, this
time in a beautiful white vinyl designed with love
by Dani Peiron. Three tracks: Sakon, Sakon (El
Txef_A rmx) and For so long.

SAKON
Let’s begin for the first one, here in a hypnotic
exercise clearly influenced of past “deephouse”
which was sweated in brown skins and it was going
out from soul, we would say.
Not more not less than 7.23 minutes of
introspective exercise with a simple pace a simple
“pad” and a voice that plays at carrying out the
group. But quite worn out with one
An exercise where it neither is absent does not even
exceed not simultaneously at all
A reinvention of the “deephouse” with raises and
descents of volume in the different parts that let´s
you hypnotized from the first moment.
A long track for mixtures and long ears also, I want
to see that it looks like to him this marvel to
Big of “DjQu” I am sure that is going to be charmed
with him.

SAKON (EL TXEF-A REMIX)
The good choice in a remix is to preserve the best
parts of the original track and where space stays
to put the stamp of the one who produces the
review. And that´s exactly what happens:
He adds a rhythmic bass line that promotes further
more the introspective, gives volume to the
“pad”, and creates a double seam of boxes that
appear when you believe that already everything is
too static.
Also the pace stops being a pure 4x4 becoming
even electro.

FOR SO LONG
Here we return with a long track which is blatantly
repetitive, the result is again the same:
An hypnotic exercise where the voice guides the
rhythm ,this one deeper than “Sakon” with a
cushion
of “hit hats” that accompany it and makes it softer.
An stop with a “break” leaves us to breath and
then returns to show us the already naked rhythm
that
reminiscent of the elegant bassline that almost did
not notice but will be with us all the song.
I again want to see your face when you hear this
“Qu”.
With this work “Melodram Recordings” continues
discovering new creators not known in the scene
and while they consolidate their project with a
coherence hard to find here in our country.
